WebPixie

VS Code

Add the WebPixie MCP server to VS Code and sign in with your WebPixie account.

Add WebPixie

  1. Open the Command Palette and run MCP: Add Server.

  2. Choose HTTP (HTTP or Server-Sent Events) and enter the server address:

    https://app.webpixie.io/mcp
  3. Enter a server ID, such as webpixie, and choose where to save the configuration.

  4. Review the trust prompt. When VS Code asks you to sign in, WebPixie opens in your browser. Sign in, then choose the workspaces and access mode on the consent screen. See Access and Permissions.

  5. Start a chat, make sure the WebPixie tools are enabled, and ask a question. See Using MCP for ideas.

Add It in a Configuration File

You can also add the server to your mcp.json. VS Code uses the servers key:

{
  "servers": {
    "webpixie": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://app.webpixie.io/mcp"
    }
  }
}
