Periodic Reports

WebPixie automatically generates and emails a workspace-wide PDF report summarizing the technical health of your monitored sites.

WebPixie automatically generates a PDF report and emails it to your workspace on a recurring schedule, so you get a snapshot of your monitored sites without having to check the dashboard.

Some features and limits mentioned on this page vary by plan. Visit our Pricing page to review the plans.

Report Scope

Reports are workspace-wide (portfolio) digests, not per-site or per-monitor reports. A single report covers every site and uptime monitor in your workspace, and is emailed to all workspace members.

Periodic Reports summarize the whole workspace. WebPixie does not generate a separate report per site or per uptime monitor.

Report Contents

  • Executive summary — number of monitored sites, median WebPixie Score, total/ongoing/resolved incident counts, and overall uptime status
  • Common issues across sites — recurring problems found across your sites
  • Top and bottom 5 sites — ranked by WebPixie Score
  • Domain health — one row per site that had a domain incident during the reporting window (registrar, expiry, days left)
  • SSL certificate health — one row per site that had an SSL incident during the window (status, issuer, days left)
  • Uptime overview — stat cards cover every monitor in the workspace; the detail table below lists only monitors that had an uptime incident during the window
  • Incident breakdown — category distribution and median resolution time per category
  • Top problematic domains
  • Plan & usage

The domain, SSL, and uptime detail tables are incident-scoped: each lists a row only for a site or monitor that had an incident during the reporting window, not a full rundown of every site's SSL/domain/uptime status. A site or monitor with no incident in the window still appears as an empty-state row, not a fully populated entry.

Incident Data and the Free Plan

The incident breakdown (including top problematic domains) and the executive summary's incident count are not shown on the Free plan.
