Settings

The Settings section is where all management and configuration operations for the Workspace are performed.

Subscription

The Subscription tab allows you to manage your current plan and payment information.

In this area, you can:

  • view your active plan
  • track the renewal date
  • change your plan
  • stop automatic renewal

Plan Information

Your current plan (e.g., Starter) and the following details are displayed in this area:

  • monthly fee
  • billing period
  • next renewal date

Plan Management

Change Plan
You can upgrade or change your current plan.

Cancel Auto Renewal
You can stop automatic renewal to end your subscription.

Payment Info

Payment information is securely managed via Stripe.

In this section:

  • your saved payment method is displayed
  • card details are shown (masked)
  • expiration date is listed

You can also:

  • update your payment method with Edit Payment Method
  • view invoices under Invoices

Email Address

The email address for billing and payment notifications can be updated here.

Workspace Users

The Users tab is where you manage users who have access to the Workspace.

User List

All users are listed here with the following information:

  • User: Name and email address
  • Role: Permission level (Owner, Admin, etc.)
  • Authorized by: Person who invited the user
  • Last Activity: Last active time
  • Created at / Updated at: Creation and update information

Inviting Users

To add a new user:

👉 Click the Invite button

In the window that opens:

  • enter the email address
  • select the user role (Admin / User)

👉 Once the invitation is sent, the user gains access to the Workspace.

Roles

  • Owner: Has full permissions on the Workspace (plan, users, deletion, etc.)
  • Admin: Can perform administrative actions
  • User: Has limited access, can only view data

Invitations

User invitations are tracked in a separate tab.

In this area, you can view:

  • sent invitations
  • invitation statuses

Workspace Settings

The Settings tab contains the basic configurations for the Workspace.

Workspace Name

The workspace name can be viewed and edited from this area.

Transfer Ownership

Workspace ownership can be transferred to another user.

This action:

  • transfers all management permissions to the new user
  • changes the current owner role

Delete Workspace

The workspace can be deleted entirely.

Warning!

This action:

  • cannot be undone
  • permanently deletes all data
