Content Removal Request

If you are the owner or an authorized representative of a website and would like us to remove visual previews (such as screenshots and favicons) related to your domain, you may submit a request.

Our service may display limited visual previews of publicly accessible websites for monitoring and diagnostic purposes. These previews are partial, non-archival, and are not intended to replace the original content.

Please send an email to support@webpixie.io with the following information:

• The domain name (e.g. example.com)
• Your request (e.g. remove all previews or restrict display)
• A statement confirming that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your contact information

We review and process valid requests within 24–72 hours.

We may request additional information to verify ownership if necessary.

• We only process requests related to publicly accessible websites.
• We do not guarantee removal without sufficient verification.
• Once approved, related previews will be removed and no longer updated.
