Site Overview
All websites monitored in WebPixie are managed through the Sites screen. This screen is the main area where all websites added within the workspace are displayed and managed.
Through this screen, users can:
- View websites monitored within the workspace
- Add a new website
- Search and filter sites
- Access site details
Each website is displayed as site cards containing basic information about the site and quick access actions.
Some features and limits mentioned on this page vary by plan. Visit our Pricing page to review the plans.
Sites Screen
The Sites screen allows all websites monitored within the workspace to be viewed in one place.
This screen consists of the following main sections:
Site Search
The search field located at the top of the page allows sites added within the workspace to be found quickly. Users can easily access the relevant site by searching by domain name.
Site Cards
Each website within the workspace is displayed as a visual card. These cards contain basic information about the site and quick actions.
Adding a New Site
The Add button on the Sites page can be used to add a new website to the Workspace.
On the new site addition screen, the user is asked for the site URL, and chooses which monitoring features to enable for the site: Domain Monitoring, SSL Monitoring, DNS Monitoring, Link Crawler, and Sitemap Monitoring.
Only the features you select are enabled for the site — an unselected feature does not run. Features can be turned on or off later as well, not just at site creation.
Main Page Check
WebPixie always checks the website's main page at regular intervals, regardless of which features are selected. Within this check:
- Whether the site is accessible
- Response times
- HTTP headers
- Basic security configurations
are analyzed and recorded. Additionally, a screenshot of the site is created.
Domain Monitoring
If enabled, domain ownership and WHOIS data are monitored to track changes that may occur on the domain. This way, potential risks or changes related to the domain can be detected.
SSL Monitoring
If enabled, the validity status and expiration date of the SSL certificate are monitored. Situations such as the certificate approaching expiration or becoming invalid can be detected.
DNS Monitoring
If enabled, the website's DNS records are monitored to detect configuration changes or potential issues.
Link Crawler
If enabled, WebPixie crawls pages within the website to analyze internal and external links. Through this analysis, broken links or issues related to site structure can be detected.
Sitemap Monitoring
If enabled, WebPixie discovers the site's sitemap and cross-checks it against the Link Crawler results.
After the user creates the site, WebPixie initiates the checks for the selected features (Main Page is always included), and the results can be viewed on the site details screen.
Site Cards
Each website is displayed as a site card on the Sites screen.
Site cards allow users to quickly see the overall status of the site.
A site card typically contains the following information:
- Website screenshot
- Domain name
- Active feature icons for the site
Through the site card, users can access the detailed analysis screen for the site and review the relevant monitoring results.
Site Monitoring
WebPixie provides comprehensive monitoring of websites, allowing you to track technical health, accessibility, and digital visibility from a single platform.
Site Details
The site details screen is the main control panel where all technical analyses and monitoring results for a website monitored in WebPixie are displayed.
